HISTORY
The Scott Garden is a mixed residential-commercial development and is a building which truly incorporates the Small office Home office (SoHo) concept. The Scott Garden is located along Old Klang Road, in the center of Kuala Lumpur. This mixed project was undertaken by Aston Villa Sdn Bhd and was completed around mid-2011.


SOHO & THE SCOTT GARDEN MALL
The Scott Garden SOHO consists of 1,080 units housed in 3, 17-storey towers. These units range from 775 sq ft to 1,399 sq ft. There are a few anchor tenants such as Econsave, Mr DIY & Decathlon in The Scott Garden Mall.

In The Scott Garden Mall, there are supermarket such as Econsave & sports equipment retailer, Decathlon which are our anchor tenants. Amenities are aplenty in the mall area, some of which includes entertainment outlets, banks, travel agents, offices and others. This place is however most popularly known in the city for its Food and Beverage (F&B), groceries & sports equipment supplies which are frequented by families & youngsters during the weekends.


CONNECTIVITY
For those who prefer to use public transportation, buses and taxis are available. This locale is also serviced by a few KTM stations, namely the Pantai Dalam KTM station, the Petaling KTM station, and the Jalan Templer KTM station.
